NSU was founded by Suphi Nafile and Uzay Nafile, two brothers, as a private platform combining direct investment and strategic execution.

With a background in finance, the founders operate across several European markets, focusing on company acquisitions, real estate investments, and select cross-border transactions. 

Their work spans both principal investing and carefully chosen intermediation, allowing NSU to act either as investor or strategic partner, depending on the opportunity.

NSU is built around a relationship-driven model, where discretion, clarity of structure, and execution discipline are central. Rather than pursuing scale or visibility, the platform prioritises long-term alignment, robust documentation, and repeat counterparties.

The objective is simple: to deploy capital and expertise in a measured way, and to build durable value across cycles.
